Credentials and Experience



Brian M. Moore is a family law mediator and attorney.  He was admitted to practice law in June 1977 and has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since January 1987.  He has specialized in the family law field for over 30 years, and has been involved in hundreds of family law matters in Southern California.  His qualifications include:


  • Extensive experience in family law litigation, allowing him to give people the benefit of first-hand knowledge about the costs, benefits, and detriments of litigation, as well as the benefits of settlement.
  • A helpful and efficient staff, knowledgeable in family law disputes.
  • Active member of the California State Bar Association, having been admitted June 1977.
  • Certified Family Law Specialist since January 1987.
  • Involved in hundreds of settlements of various family law issues, including those involving custody, child support, spousal support, separate property disputes, and community property disputes.
  • Has drafted numerous varieties of agreements, such as Marital Settlement Agreements, custody agreements, support agreements, Prenuptial Agreements, and Cohabitation Agreements.
  • Successful completion of a 40 hour mediation training program.
  • Experiences working as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem on numerous matters in 1986.
